This place was really good. We wind up having breakfast here two days in a row. It is small inside but they do have outdoor seating out back (super cozy area) as well as out front. Between both days we tried the following: Sweet Potato Biscuits (really good) Mediterranean Omelet, Caprese Omelet (both were really large and wonderful), Quiche (also really good) and Cheese Biscuit GF (which was the only think we did not like - it was gummy). The latte was also really good. This is a must stop if you're in the area.

Very nice and easy dining experience. The food was delicious. Lots of V options and knowledgeable & friendly staff. Highly recommend if you are looking for plant based food choices, including desserts.

Found Wild Rabbit Bistro while visiting Daytona for a conference and searching for vegan-friendly restaurants nearby. They offer several vegan and gluten-free options, including desserts. My husband had the Thai Bowl and I had the Cuban Bowl. The portions were generous, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was delicious. We also took a slice of vegan coconut cake to go, which was excellent. The service was outstanding as well. Everyone was very attentive and welcoming, and the gentleman who helped us was especially kind and made us feel appreciated as customers. We live a little over an hour away and would absolutely return. Definitely worth the drive!

Although a little hint of sweetness is nice in something like the Cuban bowl, it was way overdone. The mango salsa and the barbecue dressing were both way too sweet. I did really like the black beans and the plantains and tofu. The gluten Free carrot cake cupcake was fantastic. The crab cakes were OK, they needed more crab and less filler, and disappointing that they were not gluten-free. The cauliflower appetizer was delicious. Outdoor seating is on a busy street. There are some nice tables inside the front windows in the sun.

We ordered the Pick Two Combo with a tomato-based chickpea soup and a broccoli cheese quiche, plus the Thai Salad Bowl. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. The salad dressing was especially good. The café has a cozy, local atmosphere with cute details and a calm, relaxed feel. It’s a great place for a casual lunch that feels made-from-scratch and healthy. Parking can be busy on Granada, but there’s a public lot nearby and more spaces around the corner. The café also welcomes dogs and has plenty of vegetarian and plant-based choices. It’s a nice spot for anyone who enjoys wholesome food and a friendly, laid-back setting.
